Payment Terms

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

Data Backup and Security

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms or non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VICIdial Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service dashboard.
